Hacking wtf bricked after installing a wad?

edit: Universal Unbrick Disc v2 works wad manager is showing up however when it says select source i select sd slot and it comes up error ret -1

how do i get to the uninstall menu?

That means it either can't read it or there's a problem with your file structure.

make sure it goes SD(root)/WAD/blahdey.wad . Otherwise it just doesn't work.

it wouldn't read the sdhc card lucky i have a spare sd card round so i used that and.......IT'S GONE!!!

i can use this disc now to unbrick if this ever happens again man i'm glad i have a chip as backup. i can now finally play the stupid game that caused all this but through GX.

Well i hope there is going to be a solution to this brick soon....
because i tryed all i could.. and that i know ...

if you get a chip installed you can use the disc i used to delete the wad. it's cheaper than an unbrick service or sending it to N!

That disc requires a modchip and a trucha bugged system menu IOS.

And try to run it with Bootme from health screen and from Savemiifrii

Mmmh, I don't see Ninty or the game devs doing this. People using things like loadstructor or crap are just a minority in respect to how much people use DVD/USB backuploaders.

If I had to waste some effort on a new protection, it'd be against backuploaders, not loadstructor/crap/etc.

My guesses are that it's either a bad release, or some fault in creating a correct banner on the developers' part.
Obviously, they have probably just tried if it worked under a normal unmodded Wii, it worked for some reason, and left the "incorrect" banner in the game disc.
It's not like they had to care about creating channels for it...

Oh well, I'd like to see some development in this, especially finding the real cause behind this issue.

I´d recommend using Crap in combination with WiiScrubber, its way better and safe.

Will this mean that it ignores the Ios60 Block of my Univeral Unbrick Disc??
cant find much about this mather.. but maybe some ppl know?!

And my Bootme games like Spore hero and Zelda will boot.. why cant i boot a modded one or hacked one? (i know that ios60 bug but backups with bootme work..)

my wii froze every time I went to the page that had the banner, regular menu or sd but the data management page worked fine so I deleted it and problem solved, My wii is system 4.1 cios 10 that was reverted from 14.

And I really wanted to experience the cuteness that is the hug button
