Hacking [wrong/fake] 3DS ROM Dumping now possible for anyone!

I am not reporting this on the front page until we get proof/further evidence that this tool actually dumps 3DS roms.
I have read the thread at Neoflash and it doesn't say anywhere that this is able to backup 3DS roms.
The screenshot just shows a "dump game" button but it could be just for NDS games and nothing specifically indicates that it works for 3DS games?

if it really does backup 3DS games why doesnt Dr.Neo (Neoflash) specifically say it in the thread? that would be quite a neat feature, quite the breakthrough actually... he would probably make an announcement about it.
all I see is that they managed to dump eeprom...

UPDATE:

2 more games have been successfully dumped (with comments about the success) :

Samurai Warriors Chronicals (Japanese)
One Piece Unlimited Cruise SP (No region mentioned, probably Japanese)

Updated first page with known compatible games. Like I said there are more than likely more compatible games.
what are you talking about?
who is dumping those games? where are you getting the information?

Tu es muy smartio.
This post you made, is the best post you've ever made. It deserves to be in Temp Hall of Hame. It holds so much story, so much more depth than any other human being could write. Shakespeare would be jealous.

1) In the picture it says "Dump Game". I have the program but I already know ROMs are not allowed to be linked here, I'd rather not get banned over this. But if it was for specifically NDS games it still doesn't explain not being able to read the header icon, since we already know how to read DS/i ROM headers. Plus every post in that thread says they were able to dump their games.

2) I'm getting the information from the neoflash thread. normal users, infact anyone, are capable of using this tool as long as they have a SMS2, which are cheap.

Have you used this tool yourself?

ATTENTION: DOES THE DUMPED 3DS ROMS CONTAIN THE "NCCH" HEADER AND SDK FIRMWARE STRINGS?

Otherwise I'd call bullshit.

It's possible to download the software?

Bah ... i don't believe it can dump the game, only the save, which is not a scoop. We already knows that month ago.
Dr. Neo promised to add support of more eeprom type. It's done seems.

Yes, it displays EEPROM (save file) but that doesn't mean it can't dump a ROM. All that means is it shows the EEPROM as well as other features. I have used the program and it runs fine, although its slow it works. I haven't completed a dump yet because its so slow and I don't really want to wait so long for it to dump but it started fine. I'm waiting for the SMS4 version, which should run at 6x speed.

I'll upload the file to filetrip soon and update the original post with the actual program.

super! I'm skeptical but intrigued.

Looks like from the thread title in neoflash, the only purpose of the program is to backup/restore in the 3DS part.

god dam it thanks to this piracy is going to start to boom and that means more companies will become weary about making good games for this system and may the shovel ware begin

It's not just for piracy. I'm happy just to be able to back up my Samurai Warriors Chronicals save file. I've been playing for dozens of hours total and I'd really hate for that to be lost, so the backup master can help everyone out

You know NOTHING can stop the shovelware, right? EVERY NINTENDO SYSTEM HAD TONS OF IT.
