No Way, the wii can't really emulate ds, it can, but you can't really play the ds games on wii, I don't even think the wii u could handle 3ds.

If only nintendo made a way for us to play 3DS game carts on wii u, like the other systems they made that played portable game carts on the tv. that would have been a good selling idea there for wii u to do better than it did.:glare:
Wouldn't it be more plausible on switch? I'd imagine the switch wouldn't need too much work to run 3ds games, the future may tell.

Umm wii u has a game pad, so two screens vs switch's one screen? If you want to play games on there with two screens compressed into one for the small size of the system and also no plausible way to play it on TV cause of not having touch screen in dock mode (yeah I know psvita tv has emulated touch screen but who actually was good with that)

Is just makes more sense. TV, Gamepad. Two screens, one touch screen, full controller support. Throw in a HD upscaler and it just works I guess. Not really sure there was people who like trying to cram two separate screens into one screen especially if is not a big screen to begin with. The switch screen may have resolution of 720P. Not that is a bad thing, I just didn't know it appealed to people.

No, the Wii will never be able to emulate 3DS games at a playable state. To have an 3DS Emulator on the System that can boot a single game would be a miracle in itself.
