True since it is not supereffective against anything. You should try going up against a soaked Shredinja, with a lighting rod pokemon as double battle partner, shit is funny as hell.

Pretty much, if you didn't bring a grass type, you are kinda fuck, when a shredinja get soaked, turning into a water type, can't hit it with electric type move with a lighting rod pikachu as partner lol.
