World Reborn is a professional looking independent GBA release by Neopong. The project started in 2003, was cancelled in 2008, but subsequently released in 2009 to the Homebrew community. The game is set in the distant future and combines elements form shoot’em-ups and RPGs (XP leveling). For more information be sure to read the blog post below.

OK, so I gave this a go. Seems decent enough. Would have preferred it to have a real save option as opposed to passwords, I don't exactly keep a pen and paper handy to write down passwords, but you know, I could just set it up to use RTS through my M3 Perfect if I really wanted to save the game, I guess.

I only played 3 stages at this point, but it seems to play well. Graphics are nice and sound is good. It's nice to have another shoot'em-up to play, especially since the DS is so stupidly lacking in that genre. It might not be the most revolutionary shmup ever made, but it gives my M3 Perfect something to do and it's not terrible.

I'll leave it as a permanent addition to my M3 Perfect.

downloaded it...i dont know how long ago.
IMO its a great game. i think it tells the story really good.

oh, and that last ship...:| WTF overkill.
Edit: stage 17 + last ship = level 10 everyone.
with that thing and rapidly clicking B to shoot you can get your guys to level 10 on the boss of that level haha.

I don't know about that last ship, but you can just hold B to shoot, no wailing on the button necessary.

i knew that, but i found if you keep pressing the B button on the last ship you can make it shoot faster

Hmm...OK, I'll take that into consideration.
