ROM Hack Working .CSEQ File Converter?

CSEQ2mid.exe does not properly convert most of Project X Zone's sequenced ost, resulting in .MID files with just a singular piano note. If there's a better alternative to this, please let me know since I'm attempting to rip all of the midis, but only Tracks 61, 58, 88, 39, 36, 20, and 63 convert into proper tracks at all.

There is this program, but from what I know it can only extract from BCSAR files, and not directly convert extracted CSEQ files: https://github.com/kr3nshaw/caesar

Worked just like a charm, all of them converted properly.
