The Better question would be, does my flashcard work on the 3DS and yes the R4iDNS does work on the 3DS and does run Wood.
The 3DS does not have any effects on Wood and Wood does not have any effect on the 3DS
If a flashcard can't work on a DSi, it won't a 3DS.
