So its been a few years since I've played with my WODE modded Wii. I decided to load up Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, as a new game was announced and I wanted to get back into it. This game wasn't on a streaming audio game list, so I thought it would work. There's no music in game. Everything else works fine, but no music.

Over the past couple of years, did anybody figure out a way to get games like this working with the WODE, or is there another method I can use to play it correctly again?

Oh my...this. This is AMAZING! Thanks!
EDIT: Followed Nintendont instructions and ran from SD card. Works great. Decided to test something interesting...
Mounted game using my WODE, and ran Nintendont. STILL WORKS. So where the WODE can't send streaming audio to the Wii's GCN system, it can still act as a disc drive enough for Nintendont to do its thing. This app is AMAZING! This means I don't have to copy all my GCN stuff to separate media to play. ^_^

I've been using Nintendont for some time now with the THPS series for the Cube. I haven't had any issues yet outside of the occasional crash during the initial loading (who cares though really? They play!). If the first loading screen finishes, all the streaming music, paused or otherwise, plays without issue.

Just a small tidbit to keep in mind; if you have a vWii with Nintendont configured properly, you can play your Gamecube games on the WiiU using the WiiU Pro Controller. I actually found this out by mistake and once I did, well, mine and many others' WiiUs have been getting a lot more use. Nintendont is an amazing piece of homebrew that still to date makes me a happy Wii(U) owner. :)

I know it's been almost 9 years but would you happen to know if this still works? I recently tried the same thing, and it froze every time I tried to load the game from nintendont. Maybe I need to update my wode, or downgrade it. Granted I didn't have any games on my SD card, so maybe I just upset nintendont to begin with? Would love to know how it works for you though, I'm trying to sort out memory card emulation
