Hacking With every Wii update, you can install the Homebrew Channel right?

I was wondering that since each time you update your firmware through Nintendo, they disable your homebrew so you have to reenable them right? Could I put homebrew and the backup loader on the newest firmware that the Wii has right now? What do I have to be careful of?

I think updates are a way to disable these hacks/pirating tools for good... But newer hacks will eventually bypass it. I dont know about the latest fw update.
