with a new switch, 18.1, how do I group apps? is my system wrong?

1 week with the Switch, 18.1 FW and if I look videos to group apps I see that at the right of menu should have a "all programs" option

My switch doesn't have that option, I go right for several empty pages and at the end isn't nothing

So silly question. I do magic to my switch, have sysnand and emummc working but ... I don't know how to group apps ...

what is happening?

First page is ordered by use. Cannot rearrange. At least not that I'm aware of.
