Hi ! I have a problem, can you help me? pls
I have on my SDcard [after export the save of TL in savedatafiler (the desktop was 000008c4)] this :

and in the ExtData I have:
a desktop: 000008c4 and in the desktop I have Savedata0.txt and Savedata1.txt
000008c4.dat
000008c4_.dat
export.log

and in ExtDatabos I have:
a desktop: 000008c4 is empty
export.log

PLEASE help me!

I think you have extract extdata, not save. Install JK's save manager, you can found it here :

With JK's save manager you can extract save (savedataArc.txt)
launch it and go to SD/CIA > Tomodachi Life > Save data option > Export Save > write a name and push A
Your save file is in SD/JKSV/Saves/Tomodachi_Life/name write

You have cartridge version or digital, version ?

cartridge version :
launch it and go to Cartridge > Save data option > Export Save > write a name and push A

digital version :
launch it , click refresh games and go to SD/CIA > Tomodachi Life > Save data option > Export Save > write a name and push A

I don't know how Gateway work sorry, but normally save file is in folder UserSaveData, it's weird
