The majority of bricks I've seen were on 2DSs. Anyone confirm if this downgrades a USA 2DS?

dude thanks for this, i try 6 time using the original SysUpdater and get fail and black screen, and push your safesysupdater on my n3ds lasted fw, and get downgrade :D

Once you enter the homebrew menu run that ftp program, smash b to exit and then try running the SafeSysUpdater again, if it fails then try again

Also use the latest update i think it's version 8 what worked first time on my n3ds

After a thousand attempts finally worked safesysupdater but has not been rebooted automatically and after waiting a couple of minutes I have shutdown the 3DS, but now when turned on I get an error on the touch screen that says off the console and put me in contact with nintendo? What should I do?

PD:sorry for my English

Boot into recovery mode and update.
If you are lucky, it was only a softbrick.
