Does this work on 10.7? Because I may update my jp 3ds, install SNES + Pokemon VC to my SysNAND and redowngrade stuff again tonight.

If your already on 9.2, get emunand+cfw install fbi the download your games from that one iso site

I do have OoT 3D setup for homebrew before I updated to 10.7-32J. So I am taking this as a yes?

Yep just make sure that it's the right downgrade pack if you have a new 3ds, the current one has a different md5 for one of the cias so you may have to use regular sysupdater unless you download the .ttp file and extract the cias from that

Succesfully downgraded another New 3DS XL. It was on 9.9, did the browser trick, bypassed the nag, installed everything except literally the last .cia which was NFIRM so I had to complete my downgrade by launching safesysupdater trough browserhax again.

Well everything was running "Good"

Then i just got a message on the bottom display (nintendo style) to shut down my new3Ds because an error occured or something. I did and now when i turn it on it wont boot. Omg i just bought a new one. Hope i can somehow rescue it ha

Okay, so take out the sd card and delete the Nintendo 3ds folder then reset up menuhax and finished the downgrade

Deleted the Nintendo 3DS folder.

What do you mean with resetting menuhax?

Do you mean putting my SD card back into my DS and then it should launch again when i press the L button?

Or do you mean i have to do the browserhax again? And then do the downgrade again?

So i deleted the Nintendo 3DS folder. And resetted menuhax. And tried the SafeSU over and over again.

turn out....i'm already on 9.2.0-20E So the downgrade must have worked! Will there be any problems since i got this crash/error message while downgrading? Or is everything alright as it is?

Could be a partial downgrade, use "downgrade check" homebrew and see if everything is fine

It will check all the titles and see if everything is fine.

Probably you could try to run again SafeSysUpdater to downgrade mismatched titles and complete your downgrade.

The amiibo one is expected. That happens to everyone. Me included. That's because amiibo didn't exist on 9.2 so your system is like why the fuck this here? The native firm one is the one that scares me.
