Just an FYI, @Nikolay has sent his N3DS in for downgrade from 10.5, I just downgraded it on the 3rd try or so down to 9.2 with no issues. Try again, see if it takes is all I can advise.

Nikolay, that's your update, should be shipping back tomorrow!

I only see pink pixels on the bottom left...

None of you understand how this works.

Keep trying, sometimes you have to try 50 times.

I already tried many times with homemenuhax, it didn't work.
So, I've tried again with ninjhax 2.5 and it's downgrading !

PS: Sorry for my bad english

Edit1: didn't reboot after downgrade. I powered off manually and I removed sd card and it worked !

Ah yes, it did work on the third try. It was weird for me because julian's sysupdater always worked smoothly on the first run. It was only here with safe sysupdater that I had to retry. Have downgraded several o3dses and tried this one out.

I wanna confirm if the Safesysupdater here have the correct MD5 for the JPN N3DS 9.2 entries,
cause I'm getting quite a bit of "FAILS" during cia check, from that certain ISO website.
(however, a baidu link provided some files with the correct MD5, so I'm pretty skeptical ><)

edit:

1. Pasted in everything from that iso site
2. pasted in files from the baidu site to replace existing files from ISO sites.
3. Deleted 000400102002CA00
4. Used Safesysupdater to confirm all MD5 is correct.
5. Updated with the Latest Sysupdater.
6. When it rebooted, removed SD card.
7 System is now on 9.1.0-20J :D

edit:
Apparently, I downgraded incompletely. (frankenfirmware)
No matter how I tried, I simply wasn't able to access rxtools or minipasta or GW.
I had to run Sysupdater again to finally downgrade fully.

edit2:
Downgrading the second time with the same files as per mentioned above,
and I'm successfully downgraded, with multiple CFWs :)

Does anybody know a sure fire way to downgrade an o3DS 9.7.0.25U to 9.2? I have tried menuhax, browserhax, and ninjhax all with varying errors. Using both sysupdater and safesysupdater

sysupdater will usuaully error out with not being able to find CIA information
safesysupdater simply goes to a black screen with pink pixels on the upper left bottom portion of the screen.

I have tried like 7851 times and every single time it fails.

I don't know but I'll try to help with the knowledge I know. Do you have an update nag? Try removing it first before trying to downgrade. Or if helps, plug in your 3ds and make sure it has enough power. Try with wifi on. Last thing you can do is format your 3ds and sd. These are just things I read from other users.

Yeah, I do have an update nag. How would i go about removing it? formatting?
