Then your source is bad, you can get the CIA's you need in this thread - [MEGA] [CIA/BIN] MSET 4.X & 6.X backups, Browser backups, Update packs (All Regions)Okay, so using this, the MD5 check always fails.
Then you're using the wrong pack, what are you using to extract the updates folder?I did, that's what's odd.
Did you get your 3ds working again or its an replacement? Also, safesysupdater has no md5 checker for 10.3 files, it's probably checking your files against 9.2 md5Just windows' file manager. I'm redownloading it and going to extract it, then copy it again.

And I'm upgrading it, btw

I need to update from 9.8 to 10.3 so I can downgrade... This is a pain.
Got a replacement, and they know it works... So I have to update from 10.3 and downgrade, but The MD5 doesn't work in safesysupdater for it... So should I try to downgrade from 9.8, or try using sysupdater to upgrade, but potentially brick again?Did you get your 3ds working again or its an replacement?
It's your call tbh, i've never messed with N3ds so i'm not sure if it's worth updating to 10.3 (for o3ds i'd say it isn't). It was the first time i saw someone who couldn't even boot into recovery after a fail downgrade tooGot a replacement, and they know it works... So I have to update from 10.3 and downgrade, but The MD5 doesn't work in safesysupdater for it... 10.2 is just as stable as 10.3 for updating because they have the same NATIVE_FIRM. I upgraded my 10.1 O3DS to 10.3 before downgrading to 9.2, and the whole thing went without a hitch. Didn't use SafeSysUpdater, I used julian20's fork of sysUpdater. SafeSysUpdater would fail the MD5 checks with a 10.3 upgrade.Anyone tried SafeSysupdater upgrading 9.3-10.2 to 10.3?
Since there are some rumors that 9.3-10.2 have higher brick rate than 10.3.0-28, and there are some data show that initial 9.9.0-26 & 10.3.0-27 have higher brick rate than Nintendo upgraded 10.3.0-28, we have a reason to upgrade those SysNAND to 10.3.0-28 to reduce the brick rate.
Well it has nothing to do with latest sysupdater, you guys should just read first post carrefully (where it say in red be sure to be on 10.3 ..)Tried to downgrade a 9.9.0-26E N3DS with SafeSysUpdater, crashed during the downgrade, got a frankenfirmware. Install order looks strange... is it using the latest sysUpdater code ?
is this updater safer then normal sysupdater
whats the best one besides this one
julian20's sysUpdater fork. Only one that worked for me besides this one. Last time I checked, profi200's version didn't have memchunkhax support.whats the best one besides this one
this gives me red line one side when i try to downgrade
