So? You have the option to randomize Birthright or Revelations without having to deal with extracting the DLC. I'm not seeing the issue here.

Download both zip files in the same folder, then start extracting part1 and it'll extract part2 as well, merging them into 1 CIA file.

I was wondering if you could help me with my problem? I got everything working (after dealing with hans most of the time ugh) and the game will launch now but the randomizer stuff isn't working. I did select yes to run romfs off my sd and it is the edited version. no invaild error or anything like that. All the characters and classes are normal. I started on normal/causal just to it out and did it through new game, not the choice or a current save. I've tried it many times but it isn't working. is it that HANS for some reason is loading from the cart and not the sd even though I'm telling it to?

In terms of Birthright Chapter 11 when Reina would show up, the game continuously crashes for me at that area. I tried a different random set and still had problems the turn she appears in. Is it an error with what I've been doing or is it that the person who's been replacing her doesn't have a flying class?

This is a known problem and has been addressed previously. Search through the thread to find the answer.

Hey there! So, I'm running the NTR version of randomized Birthright, and I've been having a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately, I do have an issue I need some help with!

I've downloaded the Same-Sex Marriage Expansion alongside of this, but for some reason I can't seem to get both patches running at the same time; characters are either randomized and the game has no expanded supports, or I mess around with the files and end up with expanded supports but non-randomized characters. No matter what I do, I can't seem to figure out how to get both mods working at the same time, so could I be incredibly obnoxious and ask someone to show me a screenshot of their folder path that successfully merged their randomized files with the same-sex marriage mod? I feel like I've been overwriting some files that I shouldn't be overwriting, but I'm not sure which ones. The instructions included in the OP are simple enough, so I don't know why I'm being a big dummy.

Get all of the regular, clean files you need first in your folders, following the folder structure in the first post. Then merge the same-sex marriage files with the files you have already, overrite any files. Then use the randomizer to randomize the files. Move the randomized files to your SD card in the proper folder. Launch NTR and Fates. ???. Profit.

I thought I did that in the first place, but after recompressing everything and launching the game for the first time, I only had randomized characters and no added supports. I just assumed that meant the patches weren't supposed to go together like that, and that I misinterpreted things and had to merge the folders after. But. That obviously wouldn't work, because obviously I'm just replacing the files I patched. Duh.

Looks like I've just been overthinking this and I messed up way back on step one. How embarrassing. Thank you for the help!

So I have the randomizer up and running smoothly, but for some reason, after I finished chapter 6, the portraits and dialogue stopped being replaced. Models are still replaced, everything is still randomized, but when someone is talking it shows the original characters and refers to other characters as their original character. Any idea as to what might be causing this? I'm playing Rev, if that helps.

You see the words "Fates-Randomizer"? That's what you're looking for. Unpack the Fates-Randomizer thing in that image. Somehow, WinRAR doesn't like .jar files and treats it as a rar file.

Ok, I unpacked it and I got 3 folders, one says "main", one says "utils" and one says "META-INF". So where do I go from here?

I apologize, you weren't supposed to unpack it. Do you have Java 8 installed? You should be able to double click on the .jar to run it. That Fates-Randomizer file was the .jar.
