I'm mostly sure that shouldn't proceed. The trademark is on the name and product as a whole, they can't trademark letters out of it.

It's enough to not get thrown out, which means a waste of money from a company that doesn't have that much to begin with. That's the way Imaginary Property laws were payed to be.

Was thinking about making one of my Rosie plush as an amiibo by using AmiiBomb. Then I could take her and show everybody that this is a "special edition" Amiibo and "that you cannot buy these with amiibo functionality" or something along those line. Oh well, supposed the idea is still applicable for the Wii U and Switch. However I do like to see where this project leads. It would be awesome not having to carry around a physical items such as N2 Elite/Amiiqo that may appear awkward especially when at a certain "age".

This module is meant to replace the native NFC module of the 3DS.

Wait, so does this mean I won't be able to use my existing amiibo once I install this? Or am I understanding this wrong? I'd still like to be able to use the amiibo I currently own.

Well, for some it may appear awkward to use a Switch/3DS outside...

(I had fun with it, probobly will only use this if it will be better then my N2Elite (still have the amiiqo Version ))

You don't need the fork anymore, latest luma commit from https://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/ supports it.

Does AmiiNo work like the amiibo is constantly being "tapped" to the reader?

So uh. how do I properly get the amiibo data bin and amiibo keys bin working? when i boot the game it says "failed to read amiibo dump" and "failed to read amiibo key" and the amiibo reads as mario, but in an actual match it says the data on it doesnt exist.
