can i use luma 8.1.1 for this?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

and also, where i found the files requested for the amiibo emulation?

Okay, I've tried with Luma 8.1 here are the results :

Miitopia : did not know which Amiibos could work, so I've tried a Inkling one : fails at reading the data and the key.

SSB : Will get some results soon. Will edit this part.

8.1.1 now, because of a update. Needed to put NoAmii to the CTRNAND, since my Luma is there.

I report that NoAmii does not launch nor work by being on CTRNAND

EDIT3: My bad, it did only say nothing. It works on SD Card, but it crashes (ARM11 core 1, Prefetch abort (svcBreak), nfc) I can provide crash dump if needed.

can we only put one amiibo in or can wee put as many as we want
It's currently one amiibo at a time. It's theoretically possible to have a bunch stored on your SD card and use another app to copy/rename them as needed, but that's kind of a hassle.

Please remember this is still in dev. The goal is to popup a file browser rather than the "Load amiibo?" prompt. But there is a big memory issue i need to figure out and fix. I'm working on TagMo and Thenaya at the moment and will come back to this when I can. (Before metroid release ;) )

I'm posting my crash dump, hope this can help.

I keep reading this thread but all I ever see are posts like "Cool can't wait", "I LOVE YOU, keep it up", "This is gonna be the best"
But never any discussion or suggestions. Remind me to check this thread two weeks later.
Same shit different day.

Just dropping by to ask if there is a way to try to load more than one amiibo at a time?
With the upcoming release of Metroid Samus Returns I want to give this a try without wasting another 50 bucks in stupid amiibos to get the full experience, and I know 4 amiibos are compatible with it.
So is there a way to do so? Or do I have to load the one by one?

Also, does someone have a video tutorial or something? Just in case.

The dream would be: ability to have a folder of amiibo files on SD, backup current OG amiibo data, re-write amiibo data with SD files, and a stable version of NoAmii that can work with all (or most) versions of luma.

Hope you get more help with this project; good job on what you've got so far.
