Hardware Windows wont recognize USB Hard Drive anymore

A few days ago I formatted my USB external hard drive to WBFS format so i could dump wii games onto it. Now i want to reformat my USB hard drive to FAT32 although windows wont recognize the hard drive any more since it is not in the correct format...Is there any way that i could recover my hard drive?

In Windows, go to

Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Computer Management
Storage
Disk Management

There you should see the WBFS partition and format it.

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
