Gaming Windows compression tool is gone

I think I deleted/disabled the Windows compression thingy because I probably thought I'd never need it anyway and I have 7zip to do that shit.
But now I need it for school to do some tests about different compression methods and I can't find it back.
I've used this tool to check if I could enable it again but turns out it is enabled.
Yet I can't find it in my right click menu. Send to stands there but nothing about Windows compression.

Windows 7 64bit!

Can't you just right click and "Create .ZIP file" or something?

well a quick Google for 'Enable Windows Zip' came up with possibilities
