I was just browsing around RedmondPie and I saw a post of how someone had created a customizable Metro-Style homepage for many popular web browsers.

You can check out the post here for more details and brief customization instructions.

The background color is just in hex, and is simple enough to change

Oh I assumed since there was a bg.png, there would be some sort of link to it. So I changed it and nothing happened. At that point, I knew it had to either be embedded in the index file or I missed the setting when I looked through.
