Hacking Will video patching with RegionFrii fix my problem? (Wiikey, SimCity.)

I have a SimCity Creator PAL iso, but when I launch it it gives me no video signal but I hear the sound playing and the game working. If I patch it with regionfrii and enabled smart video patching, will it fix my problem? Anyone else fix games that don't display video?

Wiikey 1.9s, NTSC Wii.

Maybe. But don't rely on it unless you have to.

Nintendo doesn't support PAL output from NTSC systems, notice the lack of a PAL option in the menu.

And most TVs sold in NTSC regions don't accept PAL input. Especially SDTVs, where it's unheard of.
