No you must have a 360 Guitar as peripherals are not compatible between system's so say's Activision!
The cool thing about a ps2 gh guitar is, that you can easily connect it to ps2, ps3, xbox, xbox 360, wii and pc with the help of pretty cheap converters. (and even more systems, but they dont have guitar hero... ^^). So if you intend to buy one and you have multiple systems you need the ps2 one.
