I want to play ds games on my 3ds xl, not 3ds games, so that I don't have to switch between playing my ds and 3ds xl.
It doesn't necessarily have to be an r4 (I had an r4 for ds so there's kind of a comfort level of its credibility).
Also, I updated my 3ds xl, will it affect the ability to use a flashcard?
