Hacking Will overclock on sysnand will get me banned?

Hey guys, I own a switch since day one and I want to mod it so I can modestly overclock it to enjoy TotK and Pokémon even more. I don't plan to play backups or run sketchy homebrew apps. I just want to know if I will be able to mod my console (got the jig already) and overclock it on cfw sysnand without losing online capabilities. Would that be doable?
 
Any tools used on SysNAND online will get you banned, period. You can play those single player focused games in EmuNAND with overclock, while keeping SysNAND clean for online play (and free of bans)

no quite right.

Always there is any risk of getting banned when you go online. but normally you get banned if the telemetry of big N tells you have piracy, cheats or some mods.

to avoid any ban, ONLY USE LEGAL SOFTWARE on your (EMU/SYS)NAND when going online.
