So, I did some testing with MKDS, and it only crashes with the Download DS. Having both consoles running the game from DSiMenu++ or having one running from a flashcart and the other one from DSiMenu++ does work
I know you can do online with one on twloader and the other on a cartridge with nirtohax. No clue about download play, but I found that interesting.
