Hacking Will Mewtwo DLC be available as CIA?

Not asking where to get it, but rather if it's possible

I received the download codes but the reason I ask is because I have an American O3DS XL + retail cart with which the code is compatible, and a Jap N3DS with a .3ds copy of smash bros so I obviously can't use my download code on that

Would it work like game updates? Or is it not possible to get through CIA?

You can buy it, it's dlc, just like every other piece of dlc, yes, it will be possible to get as a cia.

If you have the retail game + an exploitable old3ds you can dump it with rxTools + FunkyCia, even without the code.

Just a heads up, the Smash Bros update is now dumped for US and EU versions, and the DLC has been dumped for the EU version.

no offense to BBB but the ind dumps are much speedier now that everyone has the tools to make dumps, i cant remember the last major release that a scene group dumped before independent releases ....probably something like ALBW
