Homebrew Question Will I get banned with the error log 2168-0002?

I recently wiped my Switch so I could update to 6.0. I still use homebrew to back up all of my saves through Checkpoint, but that has crashed. I now have an error log with the error code "2168-0002". I've heard that this is one of the many ways Nintendo will ban you. I have share error logs turned of in the system settings. I was going to clear my logs through CTCaer, but I've read that is also a dead giveaway. Will I be safe with this error log, or will I have to recover my NAND?

I've had many homebrew crashes, downloaded games with NXShop, redownloaded backups using horizon, and I update games in CFW always.

No ban yet. I wouldn't lose sleep over one homebrew crash.

If you've ever been online since your last NAND backup, restoring it will look the same to Nintendo as clearing your logs.
