Hi,

A friend of mine has WiiU. However, his gamepad is broken and unusable.
Buying or reparing the gamepad doesn't seem like an option.
He could borrow one gamepad to perform any configuration to his WiiU.
He has normal Wii remotes and ps3 controllers/

So having the above in mind, what would be the best use he could give to his WiiU (emulators, wii games, wiiU games, etc.) and what would be the process to set it up?

Thank you

It won't be fun - a lot of applications (including most homebrews, and browserhax itself since it replaces Mii Maker) are gamepad-only

While an usb controller can be used to emulate the gamepad with "HID 2 VPAD", I'm not sure if having a gamepad connected is required to use it at all - and of course it won't substitute the speakers/screen/camera/NFC and this is a significant problem for PSTV users too

Buying a gamepad is really the only good option (I understand it's probably close to impossible in your country - indeed buying a complete console may get you more for a given price)
