why the wii u nand dump doesn't possible like the xbox one?the xbox one nand are dumped in few month after the release, why not the wii u?
Because you have not been working on it. This shit isnt going to hack itself!!why the wii u nand dump doesn't possible like the xbox one?the xbox one nand are dumped in few month after the release, why not the wii u?

We can also just get a much more available Teensy 2.0++ and use NANDway:
https://github.com/hjudges/NORway/blob/master/NANDway_README.txt
It can both read and write to the PS3 NAND, which, along with the XBOX 360 is the same or similair to the Wii's NAND.
So.. let us order a Teensy. (I got a Teens 1.0, but that one isn't gonna cut it)
Oh nice, it is even documented.
@hashcheck1 and @xXDungeon_CrawlerXx claim to have dumped their eMMC with the method from Reboot.ms.I wanted to throw in my 2 cents. I tried this. I did not try a 50ohm resistor, though. I used the Anker that works for all models of 3DS's. It would detect, but that's where the good ended. I wound up with the format disk popup twice. Win32diskimager would detect the drive. When I tried to dump I would get a disk is not large enough error and a 0KB file. I even tried both sides of the resistors, because the points on the 3DS are before the resistor array. It wouldn't even detect that way.
I am now without a WiiU as I sold it to help with rent in a time of need. I will be replacing it soon. If a way is found and tested, I will add it to my 3DS services.
So did the guy at the other site, but what about this makes sense?@hashcheck1 and @xXDungeon_CrawlerXx claim to have dumped their eMMC with the method from Reboot.ms.
Quoted from xX Dani Xx:
Could you send me some pictures of the wii u's screen while it's backupping?
Quoted from RyujiAndy:
I'm sorry but the wiiu wasn't connected to the tv and the pad couldn't connect
Quoted from xX Dani Xx:
Yeah, that's true, indeed.Messed up quote
Yeah. I would like some proof. I did it as per the instructions and it didn't work for me. I also have done many 3DS mods for this community, so pardon me for tooting my own horn, but I'm pretty sure I know my way around my variable temp soldering station. If I find solid proof, I will reassert myself towards expanding my services to cover the WiiU.Yeah, that's true, indeed.
I already asked hashcheck1 for more info about his progress.
But we are missing some proof or actual footage of it, yes.
As do I.Yeah. I would like some proof. I did it as per the instructions and it didn't work for me. I also have done many 3DS mods for this community, so pardon me for tooting my own horn, but I'm pretty sure I know my way around my variable temp soldering station. I have the Anker that is recommended in that thread, and have since tested it on all model 3DS's.As do I.
I am gonna try the SD card reader theory. It seems to be legit for the N3DS eMMC.
https://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-nand-backup-possible-i-hope.381506/
Then again I used a similar card reader as hashcheck1 did on his N3DS on my WiiU:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-nand-backup-possible-i-hope.381506/page-38#post-5589987
But the casing for that card reader has been used by multiple manufacturers, so I don't know which chip set mine has, compared to his.
Yea, that's the SD Card reader I am gonna use to dump the Wii U's eMMC. (I hope.)I have the Anker that is recommended in that thread, and have since tested it on all model 3DS's.
... Jikes. That is the one that I tested with and had no dice.
You can downgrade your Wii U by rewrite the eMMC NAND + the 512MB NAND (vWii).... Jikes.
I wonder what hashcheck and xXdungeonXx blabbed about in that case.
Well if the NAND dump is successful, I wonder how much we can do with it.
Is it useful for downgrading with out the storage eMMC...
Yea, we've been through that in the last few posts. You can downgrade your Wii U by rewrite the eMMC NAND + the 512MB NAND (vWii).
You need to dump/restore both NANDs for a successfull update/downgrade
I was able to dump the Wii U NAND already but I can't dump the vWii NAND :/Yea, we've been through that in the last few posts.
We are both however unable to dump the eMMC with an SD Card reader so far...
No, hold up.I was able to dump the Wii U NAND already but I can't dump the vWii NAND :/
I need something like an Infectus
