Hi everyone!

Anyone can tell me where can I find this file? and why thi file is so "underground"(I dind't find any information about it on google o.o)

"the keys" are the decryption codes that allow the corresponding programs to decrypt the file. Now that you know what the keys are, you probably understand better as to why they are so secret. If I (or anyone) were to post a link to where you can download the file, i would probably be banned :/
