@Aurelio First of all congratulations bro for the great work I tried yesterday (I haven't installed portablizemii yet) but without installing the postloader I opened it and managed to copy "Copy SYSCONF from real NAND", went to WiimoteEmuConfig and mapped the games, so now , am I going to open the games directly by WiimoteEmuConfig? or I have to open them by a specific loader. A hug and success always.

Actuality no, the hack only works for configured games. I need to release a new version to support the system menu as well (which would still work only under neek)

Sad part is that neek stills not working here. I can use emunand installed games using usb loader however

I tried it with a kingston flash drive, a multlaser flash drive and a 500gb HD silme save external hard drive and all gave a black screen when I was going to load the game with the hack, without the hack they loaded the game very strange indeed.

This is awesome. No other word can actually describe this. I have some questions though.

1. Will rumble be supported?

2. What about tilt for games like nsmbwii?

3. Some games can use the GC controller already. How might these games respond?

4. About the controller config tool.
Could we have an option to use the dpad for IR? I already tried it with the latest config tool. It would make holding B and at the same time aiming with the Lego game easier.

I'm guessing Skyward Sword will require multiple configs.

And finally thank you for sharing what might be my favorite Wii homebrew project besides USB loaders and Nintendont.

This something only someone could dream of doing because of the difficulty involved.

Thanks for the nice words.
1. Eventually yes, but it's not top priority.

2. Tilting will be implemented for sure, it's the next planned thing along with classic controller emulation.

3. As of now the best thing to do for those games is simply not creating a configuration file. That way the hack will not emulate any wiimote and it should not cause issues (although tbh I wasn't able to try it, but it should work).

4. Yes, thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely implement it.

Skyward sword is going to be a pain to map lol. I plan on having multiple configurations with the possibility to switch between them with the press of a button.

Thanks for the replies. Just one more question.

USB Loader GX supports games in .iso format so I was wondering if the controller config tool could be made to allow configuration in this format as well.

Sure does. And thanks again.
I know I only said I had one more question but I do have more which are related to portablizemii. I got the package because I really wanted to try it but I'm not going to make my Wii portable.

I got the modded neek files and nand emulation works just fine. Games boot and work just fine but when I boot a game after setting up the files and btwiimote inject and then boot a game with postloader it boots to the menu with no control on Wiimote or GC controller. Is there a way to direct boot a game bypassing the Wii menu?

Also I was wondering if btwiimote inject modifies the real nand in any way.

The inject homebrew modifies the SYSCONF file on the real NAND to include the MAC address of the emulated wiimote in the list of paired controllers. You then need to copy it into the emulated NAND. In postloader there's an option to easily do that by pressing start/home in the channel menu. I know it's not ideal, I will handle this differently in a future release.

I cant believe i am just finding out about this thread Amazing work @Aurelio Would this work with arcade fighting sticks as well, assuming the game does not use the wii pointer?

As of now this only works with gamecube controllers (and there aren't real plans to have USB HID support), so if you have a gamecube compatible arcade stick I suppose it should work.

The arcade sticks are meant to plug into the wiimote, but i have the adaptor so they can plug into the GC port:)

Ah those! I have no idea how they work. Do you know if they are seen as classic controllers? In that case support will come soon

Yes they are seen as CC, however they work with games that use the D-pad as a control scheme. Duel analog osnt recognized because they only have one stick.
