just found this, not at home yet so i can't try this out, can someone confirm it works????????????

WiiKey firmware update for USA/JAP/PAL Wii consoles. Includes ISO images ready to burn. The changelog as follows: Audiofix fixed o_0. Dual layer support (no bitsetting required). Improved media support (all supported chipsets). Full Gamecube regionfree (no-swap/video setup). Various 'smaller' improvements/fixes. Workaround for FW 3.0 gameid limitation (existing wkb 1.2 discs will boot again). 'On the fly' settings for gc games (by holding buttons). Toggle audiofix, diskspeed, force NTSC/PAL

| Boots GC imports directly using a small apploader hook to setup |
| the correct video mode. To enable this feature use the new |
| config disc (1.3). Make sure you also enable the basic region |
| feature, thats what gets you through the wii menu in the first |
| place. Unlike a real GC, the NTSC Wii doesnt output PAL50. That |
| means the game may run but theres no picture. PAL60 games will |
| work, however you need to enable it. The common way to bring up |
| the "use PAL60?" dialog on a game is to hold B while booting. |
| Forcing to NTSC may work as well. PAL consoles output NTSC just |
| fine.

everything ive downloaded from eurasia has been just fine, i think they test before adding to there downloads.

Ever since then 3.0U update I heard that you can't boot Wiikey discs and other anymore. How exactly should I go about burning this one to update my wiikey? Just simply use GCOS, make it boot as a GCN game?

Confirmed Working on PAL Wii (fimware 3.0) with Wiikey clone as sold by DealExtreme

Audiofix appears to be working. All the GC games i've burned to a multigame disc which didn't work before, are working now. Haven't tested a single game disc yet. Wiikey config disk 1.2 is working again without booting through GCOS.

Tested Wii games: Super Paper Mario NTSC Zelda: TP PAL and Wii sports PAL (original)

You should be able to burn using imgburn, just burn the iso for your region. Ive seen in other forums that it even works on clones.

Would be interesting to see if certain wii games now work in other regions which didnt before...

how did you create the image file ? from the extracted files from the .rar ?

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa so u just burn the rar file of your region
