Good luck with the tape. I would love to see pictures and see how it works once you are done. Like many other in here I am concerned it will eventually lose connection from having your Wii moved around and what not.

I wouldn't recommend electric tape either. It might work for a while but as soon as the wii is moved, the chip will no longer work. Try some of action mans underpant elastic instead.

bc duct tape is all gray and gross and scotch tape is transparent. DUHHHHH
