If you're ten, why don't you ask your parents to solder it? Electrical tape is really unstable.

And how old is your brother? 5? Because if he's older, he probably should solder, not you.

    Yes, wires need soldering

What the feck at the poll! [IMG]

And I strongly wouldn't recommend installing it using electrical tape. I doubt it would even make a proper connection, and if it got knocked while inside the Wii, it could cause a short and damage your Wii.

I remember when I was 13 and told my friend I didn't know how to solder, and I wanted to install a PSX chip this way, he laughed me out of the room. Looking back on it, it made sense at the time, but it was still a ridiculous idea. I eventually got my dad to install it for me. It was a good learning experience as I learned some dos/do nots.

You shouldnt be playing with hot tools and dangerous screwdrivers [IMG] Im only messing man but find someone to install it for you...tell your parents the money they spend will be the last money they have to spend on the wii.

Not when he's a damn idiot. If he had said scotch tape, would he have deserved respect. How about if he wanted to use elmers glue. Or play-doh.

    You're 10...

Buy your games! That's what I was doing when I was ten!

I had to save up all my money I got for a while or wait for birthdays or Christmas to get games.
