WiiGSC common key creation failure and BlockedGames.xml denied

when i started up wiigsc on my laptop after installing it, i get these two errors:

is there a way to fix this issue?

Try installing it using modmii's download page 2. Iirc it will assist with pre-emptive common-key creation

And/or it could be a rights issue, perhaps try running as admin
