you can downgrade to 3.2 if you have wifi connection with either

anyregion changer

then install starfall,
if you dont have internet connection then there's no point going back to how you were before be cause starfall needs 3.2e/u as far as i know there is no way to downgrade with out internet connection.
you can revert back to how you started by formatting the system memory in the settings but make sure you back up your saves to your sd card, or you can use any title deleter to delete ios 249 then your good to go again

you've done whats on his guide so that's that, starfall is extra, and if your not gonna install wads then i wouldn't even bother with it

I have? But he said he could only vouch for the files in his sig.
I'm scared I'll put a backup disc in and it will brick my Wii.

games wont brick your wii,

there are 2 posable ways you will brick your wii that starfall can help you

1.region brick this is when you update lets say a pal wii with an ntsc game update
but running a game through gamma skips the disk update anyway so starfall isnt needed for that thats more for modchip users.

2.banner brickthis is when you install a bad wad through wad manager and it corrupts your system files so if your not using wads then starfall isnt needed
