It's strange, it should at least go to the ScummVM menu from HBC. If you've copied all the files correctly, and the scummvm.ini is ok, I've no idea... Have you tried games other than Myst?
You're right, this one's crashing with a jpeg error(build mistake or scumm fault?).
You can test the previous build : Scummvm-mod13 The myst series was already playable.
Yep, mod13 is looking good. Arguments are being accepted and both Myst and Riven are firing up (with the 'may be unstable' label - but that's to be expected with any build prior to late-March 2016 when they finalised the Mohawk engine stuff).

Thanks Wiimpathy!!!

So I've been using Wiiflow for a few weeks now, and I'm starting to notice that a few games that I have just freeze mid gameplay. For example, with Wii Sports Resort, after playing the 3 point contest mode over and over again for 30 minutes the game will freeze. I suspect that this may be due to the drive overheating, but I just wanted to check here. BTW, since this information is probably important, I am running Wiiflow 4.2.1 off the vWii (Which the Wii U is upgraded to the latest version) using a Seagate 1TB Backup Plus Slim (http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Portable-External-Storage-STDR1000100/dp/B00H4XH5FY) which is formatted to FAT32 and runs games in WBFS file format. Also cIOS are all d2cx beta 52 in base 56, slot 249; base 57, slot 250; and base 58, slot 251 (I use beta 52 for all of them since Beta 53 just brings me back to the Wiiflow menu.)

P.S. If it is a case of the drive overheating, then does anyone know if this (http://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-Exter...1464176471&sr=1-2&keywords=Hard+Drive+Cooling) is any good?

sorry for the stupid question... but is wiiflow planning something for wiiU isos also?
loadiine is nice but it would be perfect if it has some kind of wii iso plugin and nintendont plugin...

i know wiiflow is running on the VWII and loadine on the normal system but i really hope theres a way...

Until they can access the USB ports I don't see WiiFlow or a variant running on the WiiU for native mode games...Loadline requires an SD card.

Hi I have the WiiFlow Master setup, and it seems to be unable to download the cover art for the Windwaker and Zelda Four Swords Adventure? And for some reason I have two listings for Smash Bros.

wiiflow is not perfect and cover downloading is one of those things that doesn't always work right with wiiflow. so download it manually on your PC and copy the cover over to the proper directory on your SD or USB device.

As for 2 smash Bros - not sure why that is but i would check your WBFS folder to make sure you don't have two copies of the game there. Also a Reload Cache from the Home Menu might help.

Where do I go to manually download the covers? I have googled but I must not have been using the correct terms as nothing showed up. And where do I stick the covers and how do I format them? I tried to find the covers that WiiFlow downloaded so I can put the images with them but couldn't find it. Thanks.

gametdb.com of course!

2d covers go in SD or USB:/wiiflow/covers
and full covers go in SD or USB:/wiiflow/boxcovers

Hello all,

I just installed Wiiflow 4.2.1 and the wii games work perfectly.

I would also like to play gamecube games with it but i can't get it to work.
I placed the gamecube games in the folder: Games/"GameID"/game.iso

I read somewhere that i to do the following:
  1. To boot games using Wiiflow switch the coverflow mode to the gameube coverflow mode by pressing the icon down-right near the home icon a few times until you see the games. You can also download covers for them in the settings, it's the gear icon down-left. Wiiflow also supports all DML and DIOS-MIOS versions with all options.
The problem is: the gamecube icon doesn't appear. When i press with B on the icon it shows "disabled" at the gamecube icon.

Someone knows how Wiiflow will show up my gamecube games?

is it possible to put news magic numbers in Wiiflow? I need to put for Game & Watch
did I miss something? is there a emu for game and watch games on the wii?

edit wiiflow.ini under [DML] always show button = yes.
(shakes head in amazement)
why do you want to use dios mios and an old version of wiiflow?

Eventually i wanna use Wiiflow Masterpack. I tried that but it crashed so i thought i start off with a clean Wii and normal Wiiflow before i start with Wiiflow masterpack again. Strange thoughts?

I have a mess with Wii and GC (and other default covers) all in usb:WiiFlow\boxcovers

Is there any way to to put Wii covers in WiiFlow\boxcovers\Wii and Gamecube ones in WiiFlow\boxcovers\GC?

no. only plugin covers can go in their own subfolder.

My kid wants to play Kirby's Return to Dreamland. So I thought I'd get cheats for him. I have WiiFlow and none of the ocarina cheats work. Is there something else I need to do?

I'm sorry if this has been covered previously, but I have a small problem that i'm hoping I can find a solution to.

I have an external HDD attached with 112 game isos in folder wbfs. They all show up in Wiiflow and are all playable. If i add new isos to the folder, they don't show up in Wiiflow, no matter how many times I reload the cache.
If i put the isos on another USB thumbdrive and plug it in instead of the external HDD and then reload the cache they show up and are playable, no worries at all.
If i delete 2 of the working isos off the external HDD and reload the cache they are gone, but the new ones still don't show. If I put the previously 'exisiting' isos back on and reload, they're back again.
I've deleted the wiiflow folder on the root of the SD card, and restored the original wiiflow folder in the apps folder on the SD card - which then resulted in being prompted for location of games after rebooting and running wiiflow, but it still will only list the original 112 games.
Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem, please?
