@Fix94 I've been crash testing the latest 850 rev and found that it reaches a point where the covers are not loaded at all.
This happened while testing the new Frodo-mod plugin with 3000 different tapes disks, especially while skipping from letter to letter using B+up/down
Went back to 849 and all worked fine again.

Edit: I didn't wait a lot before getting this

This new C64 Frodo plugin will be available soon

An update on my status :( ... my kids broke the screen on my netbook so I won't be able to continue working on plugins for a while now until I can get set up somewhere else. For now I've at least published my code changes for a DesmumeWii plugin in the DesmumeWii thread for anyone who's able to compile it.

I had also updated the Mighty Channels plugin with the v4 source from CFG. It's still definitely beta but at least it seems to get farther than the v2 did for me. v2 just showed the arguments while v4 at least gets to the "checking save..." message before freezing for me. I'll have to see if I can get the files together to upload that to see if it works any better for anyone else. (If anyone who has channels working with the latest version of CFG has a screenshot of the text it spits out, that might help me a little bit.)

You can replace the forwarder by the one provided in this pack (i.e. Clouds) or your favorite one using a Wad manager

What's the trick to getting the SCUMMVM plugin to work? When I click on the SCUMMVM button from the source menu, nothing shows up. I grabbed the plugin and ini for scummvm from Abz pack.

Do games show up in the NORMAL SCUMMVM app? Did you move the scummvm.ini file from that app over to the /wiiflow/plugins folder?

Ah, that was the problem. I had to copy the scummvm.ini over to the plugins folder. Thanks so much!

I've got an unrelated followup question that you might know the answer to. Since the FBA games can't be renamed from their original naming convention in order to run successfully, is there a work around in Wiiflow that you know of to get a more descriptive title for each game within Wiiflow? I'd really like the name for Super Street Fighter 2 to be "Super Street Fighter 2" and not "ssf2" etc if at all possible.

With regards to the Final Burn rom name display "issue" there are some databases floating around the hyperspin universe.

Don't know if that helps, or if wiiflow could do anything with this information. But there it is.

Also I don't know how to do spoilers or links or any of that shit so I apologize in advance.

Anyone converted this to a custom title and checked if it works?

Okay, Maxternal inspired me again so check out r852. Combined views - now you can combine as many sources as you like (memory allowed) with the source menu. Check out r852's description for info.
This looks SOO nice. I'll have to do some testing myself. Questions come to mind like if the per game settings still work and what the global settings look like as well as what coverflow set is being used and if the new mode remembering feature still works with this (which I haven't looked at either) [edit]also, whether this will still work for me with plugins (including Devolution) on SD, GC and emuNAND on USB1 and Wii games on USB2[/edit] but a little testing I'm sure will clear any of that up.

Now mixing my Devolution plugin with just with the NORMAL GameCube coverflow ... as well as Wii and maybe emuNAND ... would put everything at my fingertips (and that at startup if there were an always_remember_mode=yes option or something .. but that can wait.)

I'll also have to take a look at the adjustment you mentioned it makes in the categories. Does it convert that automatically?

The real trick there would be what to put instead of the GameID (magicnumber/filename perhaps?) and if that works it would solve all kinds of other problems, too.

Oh man Fledge68, Fix94 what you guys did is amazing! Did you guys HEAR that epic-ly classic Police Academy Beverly Hills Cop beat he had on in that vid!? I mean that was the BEST thing about the entire 6 min+ video. Epic I tell you!!

oh yea that thing with the multiple icons and source menu yea that was cool too, but definitely that beat was the highlight of the whole thing, can I get a hell yea or WHAT!!

:P LMAO guys fantastic work, I've been wanting something like that for a loooong time as I'm sure others have, some bugs may persist as it gets ironed out but I'm super psyched, huge whoop for r852+ :hrth:
