Im using WiiFlow 249, I can see my games on the HDD ( fat 32 ) but when I try to load them I get "disc_usb failed"

anyone know whats going on ?
1. Update your cIOS 249 to rev 19
2. Make sure you have the latest compiled release from irc.

Hey Guys,

I tried using WiiFlow last night to load my back up games from my USB flash drive.

My games are converted to WBFS files and my USB flash drives are formatted to WBFS file system.

WiiFlow will detect my Storage device and games fine, but when I go to boot up the game, all I get is a black screen and nothing will happen.

Any advices and tips are much appreciated.

just noticed that on recent revisions if I move the pointer off screen and press 'A' button the games don't auto launch anymore. Is this not supposed to work anymore like this?

+1 for this, was much better/easier for the kids just to hit A rather than have to aim at the screen and the play button.

what cIOS are you using?

Hello

Are there options to disable formating and deleting games? If not, it would be very useful.
You're doing a great job, wiiflow is becoming back the best loader!

Use the parental controls feature and then the delete option will not be shown.
Neither will any of the individual game settings.

I will fix this soon. It was while adding all the new controller types that I disabled this while debugging and forgot to add it back.

4x gc pads, 4 wiimotes, (simultaneous total 8), nunchuck fixed a bit, 4 classic pads, gh3,4,5 guitars all fully functional including the mouse. mouse is very smooth in the last few revs and is fully analog(slow if you barely tilt teh stick, fast if the whole way (based on magnitude) i might add. Coverflow movement by the analog is still too fast and needs some delay worked in and mb add usb keyboard. I held off on usb keyboard as it adds 2 threads and we are having memory issues still from before.

gc and wii disc launching as you already heard. mmm idk man lol alot of stuff on the issue feature requests and bugs have been fixed. I have a bit to commit atm, but I was waiting to try and fix this bug we have with wiiflow.ini and language.ini where if both are a bit big it wont load the gamelist, no idea why yet but it is directly related to file size.

works fine for me, mb update your priiloader? HBC will probably have another update in a day or so, since there are some confirmed bugs in it.

Second r177 is now on update, possibly 2.2 when the 2 known bugs r fixed? idk.

mine does this as well....only noticed this after updating HBC....mine only does this if the app is autobooted by priiloader....if I load through channel or HBC it works as it should....any ideas?....mugotu, may I ask what version of priiloader are you using? Thank you for your time....

While your fixing all the bugs and such could you look into that theme bug. I noticed that even on the default theme if you launch wiiflow using priiloader and a forwarder that the about button comes up from the bottom of the screen at a different speed that the rest of the buttons and if you have carbonik as a default theme it comes up from the bottom even though the theme tells it to comes in from the right. I am not the only one having this issue, i think etheboss said he had the same issue.

I have found that if you load wiiflow from system menu forwarder or from HBC all is fine. This is a strange bug so good luck and thanks for all the work lately. I especially love the adding back of the 'A' button to launch game when wiimote pointer not on screen. Also I posted on irc but not sure you will get it that the update button is not working for me in r117. If this is temporary by design then never mind.

*** After further testing I noticed that if i press the "B" button on the update button then it launches. Buttons must have gotten reversed.

Miigotu, you probably mean r117 instead of r177?

Havent tried the new update from priiloader yet, but i think it only fixes HBC link.

Indeed, i have the same issues as mgrimmenator and also the freeze problem posted by Phr3d13.
