hi all, sorry my english but i need help.
i've read so many things about cheats with wiiflow and with r41 now i have the option ocarina.
i can turn it on and select the cheats to activate or deactivate but with the games i've tried they dont work!
i tried the conduit, new super mario bros, bakugan battle brawlers and in none of them works.
i wonder if i forgot something or if i must install some other thing, or the location isnt right but i can download cheats and then activate...
im confused.
i use wiiflow r41, wbfs for isos and external and hdd fat32 for aplications, with wiiflow everything else seems to work perfectly.
if someone could help....
and by the way, i think i read thats possible to sort games by categories, is it? and how?
thanks in advance

Anyone else experiencing network issues with the 41 build? First it was Guitar Hero World Tour freezing in the store using IOS223, now The Conduit freezes to a black screen using default IOS when exiting from an online game.

Might have to head back to good ol' build 25.

Is it possible to a WBFS drive to play VC and Wiiware games?
If yes,can anyone help me please?
I have a WBFS hdd playing isos with no problem but I do not know how to install wads to it.
Thanks in advance...

I access my wads / VC games from within WiiFLow using ISO forwarders and custom covers, works brill for me, so I can now access ..

VC Mario 64
Internet Channel
Homebrew Channel
Mii Channel

etc from within WiiFlow .. hardly ever need to go to the Wii System Menu at all.

Good call...

Why not give specific details to Panmusic, as to how to create the forwarders and place them on hdd.

Because the details are already posted earlier in this thread from when I asked the exact same question, I then posted back my findings, so to save me double posting he can use the back and forward buttons!

@plasma, what a sucky answer, couldn't you just give a link to your earlier post or something? Since this forum doesn't provide the ability to search in a thread, you could be a bit more helpful... just saying, no flame intended...

If I had a link to my earlier post in this thread I'd post it, but I don't, so I'd have to spend my time looking for the same page he could spend his time looking for. I could have simply not replied at all then he would still be just as much in the dark, this way at least he has something to do this evening.

When I posted my original question someone posted a reply similar to mine and within 5 mins I'd found what I was looking for so posted it back to the thread. I'm sure they or anyone else interested in performing the function can utilise the search much the same as I did.

whatever happened to just being helpful? Oh well; here's a link on how to create iso forwarders:

I was being helpful, I replied with useful information didn't I? Think that covers the definition of being helpful.

Also if he or anyone interested in "VC Wiiflow Forwarer ISO" searches those 4 words in Google the first link offered is a link to a page in this very thread with further info. I'm sure a similar search of the site will also glean some useful links. The whole idea of a forum is people can search, read and learn. not to repeatedly post the same information over and over again.

Now we're done ripping each other to pieces, and wasting a whole page of this thread can we give it a break? and get back to the important bits!

Just committed r42. The following changes have been made

* Added buildtype.sh and changed Makefile
You can compile different version by typing make (will make for cios 222), make ios222, make ios223, make ios224, make ios249, make ios250
* Fixed bug with loading from NTFS
* Added loading from FAT32/NTFS using cIOS 249 rev 18+ (thanks to oggzee again!)
* Updated language.ini, but I've forgotten which languages are changed. Jiiwah should be able to answer that

I've uploaded a 222 and 249 version of this revision. Also, the cover bug is still NOT fixed (so you know).

@r-win

Very happy to see you again.

Would you please fix the game installation bug ?

Thanks !

For the new language.ini, updaters are :

Pakatus for portuguese
PizzaPino for german
Me for french

If translators want to update, here's what to add

cfgg15= (Cheat Codes)
cfgg16= (Select)

cfgp1= (Game Partition)
cfgp2= (Install to directory)

cheat1= (Back)
cheat2= (Apply)
cheat3= (Cheat file for game not found.)
cheat4= (Download not found.)

@ r-win Thanks for your update, im sooo glad to see rev18+ fat support now

@teen-tin is the Game installation bug only a problem on NTFS drives or FAT/WBFS as well?

Thanks for the new build r-win.

Even though I am still getting stuck in certain areas when using online modes like The Conduit multiplayer and the Guitar Hero store.

Well, that can hardly be a problem with Wiiflow. Once it launches the game, wiiflow is done. It is not running anymore. You could, of course, try this with an older version, or with Cfg Loader USB, or with USB GX, but I expect the same issues.

Why svn will not seen rev42. I know is here http://wiiflow.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ but can download it, last one I see is 32 in svn. TY

Actually r-win, using the latest build of USB Loader GX, the store in Guitar Hero World Tour loads fine me using IOS223, so maybe it might have something to do with Hermes Rev 5 compatibility or quite possibly the way I have my cIOS setup?

Also, when I go back to R25 of WiiFlow 249, exiting multiplayer in the Conduit worked just fine using the default IOS. I tried it a few times in a row with the r41 build, so again, not sure if its how I have something configured or not.

Adding a button for re-download the cheat file is good, as the cheat files are being constantly updated online.

Thanks !

You are going to the wrong place. It is not in the /trunk. Look instead to here: http://wiiflow.googlecode.com/svn/branches/fat_ntfs/
