try using gamesave emulation (for nand emulation) and force ios d2x beta 53 in game settings
as for DS3 the controller only works in ios58 mode due to a limitation in the library itself, hopefully it will work in the future with cIOS

Tried what you suggested and still the problem persists i guess i will have to keep messing with it and see if i can figure this out.

I seem to be having a issue with wiiflow mod3 it loads wii games at first but after loading a few it stops working just a black screen no white bar goes across the screen when loaded its just blank. I tried a fresh install on another SD card and it gives me the same problem, So i changed my startup ios to 249 and now it works but my dualshock 3 controller only works when using ios58 for startup ios. does any one else have this problem or know of a fix? (I am using vWii if that matters and have nand emulation set to off)

The black screen without white load bar, is also what happens when I try to launch channels from source_menu,
maybe these 2 issues are related to the same cause?

this blackscreening takes place when wiiflow tries to load another IOS,
it's a known problem that's still not fully fixed
you have to find a compromise

I recommand running Wiiflow with "force cIOS" option on (find this in general settings page 2 under startup settings) when you want to launch wii games or autoboot nand channels and what not.
running in IOS 58 mode is required only if you want to use the PS3 controller

Ok guys,
after 2 days of PITA here's a new wiiflow dol that should be more stable and has less black screens than 1075-mod3
this time i based my dol on rev 1054, I've added the new nintendont stuff and sixaxis support as well in addition to the fixed banner download link.

So why 1054?
1054 has the old memory manager that works differently than rev1055+
many users (including me) had better stability when using 1054, that's why I've been including it as an alternate dol in my masterpiece pack.

Things not available in this mod:
Mainly fixed trailers support and nintendont autoboot via argument, however nintendont autoboot works fine via nincfg.bin

future plans:
Try fixing autobooting nintendont via Arguments
Add new trailers stuff (unlikely)

So to complete the work I made a 1054 Master-Mod with HID option "off" by default
the default option for NMM or MC-Emu can be changed in \apps\wiiflow\wiiflow.ini
[DML] section / dml_nmm=0 for disabled / dml_nmm=1 for enabled / dml_nmm=2 for Multisave

ninmem.raw file is used for multisaves it can be created by nintendont itself - I recommend 1024 blocks i.e. 8 mb or more if you have lots of games and use single files for Jap titles, also this can be edited in dolphin to add/remove saves

The HID off still asks to plug in the TOP usb port on my real Wii with gamecube ports. Am I doing something wrong?

you have to delete you gamesettings if it's not a clean install
deleting \wiiflow\settings\gameconfig2.ini should be enough since the hid stuff is saved there:

Thanks I'll try it. I also just realized that is 1054 but I did find 1075, I have no issues with it so I'll use it.

Any chance of making the Widescreen an .ini entry for always on or always off?

EDIT: Nope, still USB HID always on. I'm using Wiiflow-1075-mod3-hid-off.7z.

"Wii Ware Virtual Console" is for wads installed on your EMUNAND while "Wii Ware Real NAND" is self explanatory.
