I just found a way to make it work with Gamma...

I had to change the language to Japanese, and set it to NTSC forced...

Don't know why it doesn't work otherwise...

That makes sense. I have Manhunt 2 NTSC, and it won't work unless I set it to use English, otherwise it won't boot (my console is configured to be Dutch).

i have 3.2 usa homebrew softmod patched jap to usa with RegionFrii works just fine with gamma 0.3 select 1 and in settings select language Japanese and force ntsc and try it everytime time you haved patched a JAP game see if it works too
