Homebrew Modded Wii and Donkey Kong Country Returns text problem

Heya, a newbie here. I got my Wii modded and the game Donkey Kong Country Return to play on it, but in the game's menu, all I got are these ?????????? points. Is there anything I can do to fix it? So far I've tried different roms (like US/Eur), and changed some USB Loader GX options, but no luck so far. I tested other games and they work just fine.
