Hacking Wii Version ??

Hi ,is there a way of telling what the version number is from the box???...thanks

Go to the System Options. In the first page you'll see the version number of your Wii.

Nevermind, I misread the question. No, not from the box. You have to access the Wii in order to know what version it's running.

No way of telling what the versions of the wii's are by the box you have to actually use the wii and go through the settings, a wii that was made before october this year beacuse it seems the virgin 3.4 wii's is when nintendo started updating and making blocks, but if your worried about getting a virgin 4.0 wii new the chances are very slim right now.
