Hacking wii update

Current firmware 3.2e hbc installed

a lot of games are asking for wii update but not sure if i should update ?

i have used wiibrickblocker but screen goes black

should i update to 4.0 but i need to know what cios etc to put on wii beforehand any help please/ Waninkoko's 4.0/

install cios rev10 and do a Wanin 4.0 update

you might still need to brickblock or use preloader or some shit because new games arent just looking for the missing IOS there looking for certain versions.
