i think It has been block using DNS ( i hope it is ) it now have a red cross next to the download icon.

I just did first homebrew installation yesterday on 5.5.2 Japanese system

i think ( I am not too sure..) nintendo is pushing out system update today, it doesn't say what version but it said it is a system update and it wasn't there yesterday

Having your DNS blocked gives you a failed system update download prompt. There is no update.

Ah is that so? Does that mean the DNS input is working ?

And i hope if eh i can get a quick answer

I have just installed HAXchi via that DS game download from estore

so everything is good and working, i can play backups i can download stuff from HBC store

then whats mocha CFW for? sorry if it's a noob question.

Yes, it does.

It's an alternative you do not need for playing backups if you have haxchi.
