well it does with animal crossing or other supported gamesI really wish it did. If the 3DS ever allows uploads of screens from the web browser, this method should work just as well.

http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/image-shareThat works for Miiverse, but I don't think the Web Browser will do it. It only access photos on the SD card taken with the camera.
yeah kinda weird that nintendo 3ds doesn't upload all 3ds game images like the wii u does. Maybe in a future update? Those games take photos within the game that are saved to the SD card, the 3DS doesn't take them by itself. What I'm referring to is almost like what you see when you hit the Home button and go to Game Notes while running a game. You have the stills up there from when you hit the Home button, so you can see it. If the 3DS had the ability to upload those rather than just what games force to you, that'd be a nice addition.
yepCould it work for games like MH3U or Watch Dogs that don't allow screenshots natively?
If you tell me you are going to use UsendMii, I'm going to change the file name by adding a " (%d)" at the endUsendmii overwrites old screenshot. Because they all have same name.
htp, actually, add to name (1), (2), ..., (n).

Hello, UsendMii 0.4.2 was released and I am now appending " (%d)" at the end of the file name. I also added a Delete button in the web interface, this should facilitate managing screenshots.Every time when you create screenshot? Good luck.
