Hacking Wii U Pro Controller to PC help?

Alright so i've been trying this for hours and can't get it right.

i installed this version of the Toshiba Bluetooth stack (v9.10.15bT): http://support.toshiba.com/support/viewContentDetail?contentId=4004901

as it is the only one that will completely install on my computer but when i try to connect my Wii U Pro Controller to my computer i get this message: "Unable to obtain required registration information. Please try the service again"

any help? thanks in advance


edit: i've been able to install version 8 onto my computer before but it wasn't working this time

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
