The latest version of libogc supports Wii U Pro Controller.
However the calibration data of the joysticks written in the code appear to be not correct.
I wrote a simple test to measure the calibration data from real Wii U Pro Controllers.
If you have a Wii U Pro Controller, it would be helpfull if you run the test and report in this thread the results.
This is the test to be installed in the SD card:

The Wii U Pro Controller must be registred as player 1.
After you launch the test you have to move the two joysticks in all directions (as maximum or minimum as you can).
The program saves the results in Test_results.txt.
